Who we are
TGR Solutions, Inc. (“TGR”), based in Los Angeles, California, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. It covers every regional and language edition of the TGR website, including its forms. It also covers email sent to TGR’s support inbox and business contact information TGR receives from other sources.
Product portals and TGR’s recruiting portal have their own notices. Agreements with customers govern information handled under those agreements.
Information we collect
Information you give us. The forms ask for your name, business email, phone number, company, job title, location and message, and the contact form asks which solution interests you. Support emails include whatever you write, such as a robot model, serial number and a description of the issue. TGR also keeps business contact details you share at events, by email or by phone. Please do not send patient or health information or confidential process documents.
Information collected when you visit. TGR’s hosting and security services process technical information such as IP address, browser, device and pages requested. If you allow the optional categories described below, those providers also collect information about your visit.
Information from other sources. If you turn on sales follow-up, RB2B and its service providers may provide the name, job title, company, business email and LinkedIn profile of visitors in the United States, and the company of visitors elsewhere. See Sales follow-up (RB2B). TGR may also use publicly available professional sources.
How we use information
TGR uses personal information to answer inquiries and provide requested reports, support its products and customers, manage business relationships, send marketing emails, run and secure the website, and meet legal obligations. With your permission, it also uses it for analytics, advertising and sales follow-up.
Where European or UK law applies, TGR relies on these legal bases:
- steps you request before a contract, or performance of a contract with your organization;
- TGR’s legitimate interests in answering inquiries, developing business relationships, marketing to business contacts and securing the website;
- your consent, for analytics, advertising, sales follow-up and social posts, and for marketing emails where the law requires it;
- legal obligations.
TGR does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Marketing emails
When you make an inquiry, request a report or share your business contact details with TGR, TGR may add you to its marketing mailing list to receive news and invitations about its products and services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask TGR to remove you. Unsubscribing does not stop messages about an inquiry, order or support request.
If you turn on sales follow-up, TGR’s sales team may also email you, as described under Sales follow-up (RB2B). You can ask TGR to stop at any time.
Cookies and tracking
Necessary functions always run: page delivery, security, the forms and remembering your privacy choices. Four optional categories, listed below, stay off until you allow them in .
- Social posts: embedded LinkedIn posts.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand how the website is used.
- Advertising: Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, to measure TGR’s ads and show them to past visitors.
- Sales follow-up: RB2B and its service providers, to identify visitors so TGR’s sales team can follow up.
When allowed, these providers may collect information about your activity over time and across websites, and may connect it to an account you hold with them. The Cookie Policy lists each provider and its cookies.
Sales follow-up (RB2B)
If you turn on sales follow-up, TGR loads RB2B, a US service. RB2B and its service providers may identify you by matching your browser and connection information, including your IP address, with data they or others hold, to give your name, job title, company, business email and LinkedIn profile. For visitors outside the United States, RB2B identifies only the company. RB2B gives TGR these details with the pages you viewed, and TGR’s sales team may contact you by email.
TGR’s records in RB2B are removed after 12 months. A copy TGR keeps in its own systems is deleted 12 months after your last visit unless a business conversation starts, and within 30 days if you opt out; TGR then keeps only a record that you opted out.
Sales follow-up is off unless you turn it on, and stays off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can turn it off in , opt out of RB2B’s database at app.retention.com/optout, and ask TGR to stop contacting you.
RB2B requires the following notice:
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.
You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.
Retention and transfers
TGR keeps personal information while it has an active or prospective business relationship with you or your organization, then as long as needed for records, legal obligations and claims. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe. Sales follow-up records are kept as described under Sales follow-up (RB2B). Privacy choices are stored in your browser for 180 days.
TGR is based in the United States, and its service providers may process information in other countries. Where the law requires, TGR uses the safeguards that law provides for these transfers.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask TGR to access, correct, delete or provide a copy of your information, to restrict or object to its use, including for direct marketing, and to stop selling or sharing it. You can withdraw consent at any time in ; this does not affect earlier use.
To make a request, use the contact page and say that it is a privacy request. Someone you authorize in writing can also make a request for you. TGR will confirm your identity from its records and respond within the time the law requires.
TGR may not be able to carry out every request in full: for example, if it cannot verify who is asking, if the law requires it to keep certain records, or if a request would reveal someone else’s information. If so, TGR will explain why, and you can ask it to reconsider. You may also complain to a data-protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the authority in your EU country.
US state disclosures
In the past 12 months, TGR has collected identifiers, professional information, internet activity and approximate location, from the sources and for the purposes described above. TGR does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
When you allow advertising or sales follow-up, those providers receive identifiers and internet activity, which some state laws treat as “selling” or “sharing” for targeted advertising. Both are off unless you turn them on. To opt out, turn them off in . This website honors the Global Privacy Control signal, which keeps them off. It does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, for which there is no agreed standard. TGR does not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16.
Children
This website is for business audiences and is not directed to children. TGR does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
