How to opt in
You can opt in to text messages on the contact form. Enter your mobile number and tick the optional box below. The box is not ticked for you, and you can send the form without ticking it. The box covers text messages only. TGR’s text messages are available for US mobile numbers only.

You can also ask TGR by email or by phone to send you text messages. TGR records the date, time and source of each consent.
What TGR sends
TGR sends text messages about your inquiry, such as scheduling a demo you asked for, and about orders, deliveries, service visits and support requests. TGR does not send marketing text messages.
Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any TGR text message to stop all text messages. You can also reply END, QUIT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE, email [email protected], or tell a TGR team member. TGR sends one message to confirm, then no more. To start text messages again, reply START.
Help
Reply HELP to any TGR text message, or email [email protected].
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Calls
If you give TGR your phone number, for example on the contact form, a TGR team member may call you about your inquiry, a demo you asked for, an order or a support request. You do not need to opt in to text messages to receive these calls. To stop calls, tell the caller or email [email protected], and TGR will record your request.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy.
